At Multi Freq, fulfillment is treated with the same meticulous attention as our hardware production. We don’t just ship—we deliver precision, protection, and punctuality.
Processing Times
Once your order is placed, our logistics system begins its work. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.
During high-demand cycles or restocks, you may experience minor processing extensions—but we strive to maintain speed without compromising accuracy or protection.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship both domestically and internationally using trusted carrier networks optimized for fast, trackable, and safe transport. You may choose from Standard or Expedited options at checkout.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number allowing full visibility of your shipment status—from our distribution point to your front door.

Domestic: 3–7 business days
International: 7–20 business days (may vary depending on region, customs, or border control procedures)

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on destination, package weight, and your selected delivery speed. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, especially on qualifying order values.
Customs and Import Duties
For customers outside our primary dispatch zones, local customs, VAT, or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original checkout total. We encourage you to consult local regulations if unsure.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All Multi Freq orders are shipped with robust, impact-resistant packaging—engineered to shield your product under standard transit conditions. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged or fails to arrive within the estimated window, contact us at [email protected].
Include your order number, tracking information (if available), and photographs of the packaging or product if applicable. We are committed to fast resolution through refund or reshipment.
Partial Shipments
In rare cases, if an item in your order is temporarily delayed or out of stock, we may ship available items first and notify you of the remaining shipment schedule. You will not be charged additional shipping for partial deliveries.
