Refund & Returns Policy – Multi Freq

At Multi Freq, we believe that every customer should be as confident in our service as they are in our products. Our refund and returns policy is transparent, fair, and built for efficiency—just like our hardware.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery, provided the item is:

  • In its original, unused condition

  • Complete with original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Not damaged due to improper installation or use

  • Not marked as a non-returnable item at time of purchase (e.g., clearance or custom-built models)

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Any relevant photos (especially for defective items)

We will provide return authorization and specific shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive confirmation via email.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect).

Exchanges

Due to fluctuating inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we suggest returning the original item and placing a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not the product you ordered, we will resolve the issue promptly. Contact us immediately with your order number and a description or photos of the issue.

We will either replace the item, refund the purchase, or offer store credit, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless your item was received damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package is returned safely.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in the fulfillment process and cancellation may not be possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your payment provider. If no resolution is found, reach out to us for further assistance.
